** South Australia 6 Day Lockdown Update **

In line with the Premier's direction for a six day lockdown and following clarification from Consumer and Business Services this morning, we will be closed for the following six days and hope to reopen as soon as we can. This includes both the Cellar Door and Online Store operations, as only physical bottle shops are designated as ‘essential’, along with critical vineyard operations and maintenance.

In the interest of following the intentions of the lockdown, we will be processing and sending all online orders after we reopen from Wednesday November 25. We will still be accepting orders on,  but please be patient as shipping will be delayed until we can safely reopen.


All orders received by 3:00pm ACST will be dispatched same working day via specialist wine courier. Shipping times to Australian major cities and metropolitan areas are 1-3 days from date of dispatch. Rural and remote areas may experience slight delays but on average are delivered within 3-10 days of dispatch.

Once your order has been dispatched you will be sent tracking information. Please note that it often takes 24 hours from dispatch for tracking to become active on the carriers website.

Our couriers are wine transport specialists and have been trained on the transport and storage and delivery of wine. 

At this time we are only able to ship wine to destinations within Australia. If you are from an international location please reach out via the contact page and we will advise a retailer as close as possible to you.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
