In this role, you'll be the go-to for smooth B2C operations across the entire journey — pre-purchase to post-delivery. That means coordinating teams, managing key touchpoints, leading communications, and using smart tools to make the experience seamless and personal.

We’re looking for someone with:
– 2+ years’ experience in a customer-facing role
– Clear, confident communication skills
– A proactive, solutions-first mindset
– A genuine passion for people and connection
