🍇 CELLAR DOOR MANAGER
✧ Full Time—McLaren Vale ✧
We’re looking for a driven, people-first Cellar Door Manager to lead our team and shape the experience at our McLaren Vale cellar door.
You’ll take ownership of the cellar door end to end - leading and developing a strong team, setting the standard for how we operate, and delivering an experience that converts visitors into long-term customers.
You’ll drive sales and Wine Club growth through consistent performance and clear direction, while keeping operations sharp across rostering, stock, and day-to-day execution. Just as importantly, you’ll build our presence in McLaren Vale - creating relationships, hosting events, and representing the brand in a way that invites people into our world. Throughout it all, you’ll lead from the front, with a focus on quality, accountability and a culture people want to be part of.
What you’ll bring
✧Proven experience in a cellar door, hospitality, or customer-facing leadership role.
✧Strong commercial mindset, with the ability to drive sales and team performance.
✧Established connections within McLaren Vale or the broader SA wine/tourism network will be highly regarded.
✧Exceptional communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport.
✧A genuine passion for wine and storytelling.
✧Highly organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working hands-on in a fast-paced environment.
✧Availability to work weekends and public holidays.
