VINTAGE CASUALS
Ready to roll up your sleeves and get amongst the beautiful chaos of vintage?
Alpha Box & Dice is looking for a couple of experienced vintage casuals to join our winery team for the 2027 harvest. We are a small, hands-on team, so you will be involved in a range of tasks, including fruit intake, processing, fermentation work, pump-overs, digging out, barrel work, transfers, cleaning, and bottling preparation.
We work with a broad mix of varieties, vineyards and styles, making wines with personality and trying new things along the way. It’s physical, fast-paced and a great opportunity to get properly involved in vintage from start to finish.
You’ll need
◇ At least three vintages under your belt
◇ Current Australian driver’s licence and forklift licence
◇ Australian citizenship, residency or a valid work visa
◇ A strong work ethic, good attention to detail and a love of wine, food and dogs.
Details
When: February to end of May 2027
Where: Chandlers Hill
Hours: Usually at least five days a week, with some weekend work during peak periods
We’re also keen to hear from an excellent part-time vintage person who can help us through the big days.
Interested? Send us a short video telling us why you’d be a great fit, plus your resume and two referees, to work@alphaboxdice.com. Come make wine with us 🍇!
