Crisp prosecco and tart peach nectar, this drink is the perfect balance of sweet and tangy.

INGREDIENTS
1 Part Peach Nectar
3 Parts Tarot Prosecco

METHOD
Pour 1 part peach nectar in the bottom of a Champagne flute.

Pour your thoroughly chilled Prosecco over the top.

Negroni Sbagliato

A refreshing departure from a traditional Negroni. Sbagliato, which translates to “mistake” in Italian, came to be after a bartender accidentally grabbed sparkling wine instead of gin as he was making a Negroni. A happy mistake. Substitute gin with our sparkling Tarot Prosecco for light and lifted bubbly bliss.

INGREDIENTS
25ml Campari
25ml Sweet Vermouth
25ml Tarot Prosecco
1 Orange

METHOD
Add the Campari and sweet vermouth to a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir until chilled.

Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Top with prosecco. Garnish with an orange peel.

This palate cleanser is a simple pleasure. Do as the Italians do, pour Prosecco with a fizz over refreshing sorbetto.

METHOD
Put a large scoop of sorbetto into a little bowl. Pour over the Tarot Prosecco and eat immediately! A light and refreshing treat.
