Set aside, cast off, baby in the corner. Long overlooked Trousseau takes its glasses off and BAM– striking beauty. Here it’s light, it’s pretty, but with a robust edge. Certainly, its charms require coaxing on the winemaker’s bench, but nothing worth having comes easy. And from the humblest of ingredients, can come the richest of treats.
