Story
Set aside, cast off, baby in the corner. Long overlooked, Trousseau takes its glasses off and BAM–striking beauty. Here it’s all pretty potpourri, wild strawberries and forest floor. Light on its feet, but with a streak of spice. Certainly, its charms require coaxing on the winemaker’s bench, but nothing worth having comes easy. And from the humblest of ingredients, can come the richest of treats. Our 2026 Pâté is ready for its encore.
